KanooteSoft work according to our clients demands. We use sometime water fall model approach and for some clients we do development using agile methodology.

Agile methodology involves an average of a 2 week sprint which involves product owner, scrum master and team of developers.
KanooteSoft team are constantly updating their skills to enable us to create and invent latest different strategies which help us to achieve the client’s goal in each sprint. We conduct unit testing with test driven development to achieve the best quality code.
KanooteSoft members are involved in daily stand-up meetings, as a team either remotely or in the office. We assess if there is any team member who is blocked, and troubleshoot to make sure work is carried out smoothly.

We also plan all tasks in our spring planning meeting and size them as a whole team and our product owner then transform those tasks into one or more stories if required.

Our developers are able to adapt to times of high demand, by doing 3 amigo sprint planning. At the end of each sprint we do sprint retrospective meeting in which we critically analyse our project and discuss learning objectives.
